Frequently Asked Questions

How can you help ME?

Everybody is different and that's why everyone needs to be treated as an individual.

Through a very thorough intake process and functional lab testing, each client is given a custom self-treatment protocol. Nobody is left on their own. Through multiple sessions, we will continually evaluate and course correct as needed while I support you through every step.

How is your testing different from what my doctor does?

Your doctor is running a lot of bloodwork and maybe some diagnostic imaging to see if you are in a diseased state. Your doctor may have told you that everything on your labs has been "normal", even though you are feeling far less than optimal. Functional lab testing assesses the function of different systems in your body. We are not looking for disease or a diagnosis, we are looking at function vs dysfunction. These labs will tell me about 6 systems: Hormone, Immune, Digestion, Detoxification, Energy Production, and Nervous System.

Tests utilized: MRT Food Sensitivity Test, GI MAP stool test, a daily cycle hormone test, mucosal barrier assessment, metabolic wellness profile, and a Metabolic Typing test. Most doctors don't offer these tests and are higher quality than what are offered from consumer direct labs.

Do I have to be seen in person?

Nope! All our our sessions will be done virtually and all testing kits will be shipped to right to you.

What is a "self-treatment protocol"?

Ultimately your health and how you handle it is up to you. I will walk you through specific areas to focus on, including: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplementation. Each of these is as important as the next since your body works synergistically. Each system, your diet, and your lifestyle all interact with each other and need to be treated that way. This is truly a holistic plan that looks at all aspects of your life, allowing your body to return to a state of ease.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Since I do not diagnose or look for disease, insurance does not cover appointment or testing fees.

How do I start?

The first step is to schedule a discovery call. The call will only be about 15-20 minutes, but will allows me to get to know you, what your main complaint is and if I am the right person for you. You can send me a message through my contact page as well.
